Muscular Endurance...

Muscular endurance is the combination of strength and endurance, the ability to perform many repetitions against a given resistance for a prolonged period of time. For example lifting a weight in the gym for a long period of time.
Muscular endurance is very important for athletes such as long distance runners and even football players. this is because the muscles need the ability to work with tiring for the duration of the sport.

there is not a cost to test out muscular endurance because there are many different ways you can test this. you can either do as many press ups or sit ups in a minute. you do this to see how long it takes for your muscles to fatigue. you dont need any equipment to do these tests, unless you want a mat to do the sit ups on. This person doesn't have to be skilled in anyway.

Advantages: there is NO cost for this fitness test and you would be able to do this anywhere. Another advantage is that it doesn't take long to do, all you will need is a partner to count how many proper press ups you have done.

Disadvantages: i dont think there are any disadvantages for this particular test but if i were to pick one i would say that you need a mat so you dont slip when doing the test. Another one could be you need to e
have a partner to help you count the press ups.
