Muscular Strength...

Muscular strength is the ability to generate force at a given velocity of movement. Muscular strength is generally improved by resistance training. This type of training typically aims to stimulate increased strength on a number of physiological levels. You use strength in most sports but mainly weight lifting.
Muscle hypertrophy is a term for the growth and increase of the size of muscle cells. The most common type of muscular hypertrophy occurs as a result of physical exercise. Muscle hypertrophy is when your muscle rips and repairs itself and enlarges in size.
The best method of training for muscular strength is resistance training because weight training is the most common of resistance training exercises, and the person will use weights or weight machines to develop strength.

cost: the cost of training muscular training can be quite expensive because you can either do a grip test or go to the gym and do a one rep max. These ways both cost money and can be seen as a disadvantage. these two tests don't take up a lot of time maximum five minutes.
these test cane be either sone in the gym or in a science lab. to do the test you can use the bench press or the grip o' meter.

Advantages: Doing the Grip test won't cost you much, you could go down to your school and have a go with the grip o meter. This way is effective because you can do this whenever you want and you don't have to warm up for this test and it doesnt take more than 5 minutes to complete.

Disadvantage: If you were to do the 1 rep max it would mean you would have to sign up to a gym unless you already had a bench press at your school or home. if you are signed up to the gym it would be even better. this fitness test is very long winded because u have to start at a comfortable weight and then work your way up until you cannot push the weight anymore. one of the the disadvantages could be that you fatigued before you are able to push your maximum weight.
